Kayla Warburton

Manager, Onboarding @ Lillio

Kayla Warburton is a mother to a toddler and was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. She entered the child care space at a young age; first as a volunteer at before and after school programs, and then as a youth mentor, tutor and reading buddy. She went on. to receive her Bachelor of Arts Honours in Drama and Criminoligy from the University of Windsor in 2013. Kayla reentered the child care space as an Assistant Director of a school age program and later as a preschool teacher. In 2018 she returned to school and achieved a 4.0 in the Masters of Education program at OISE, University of Toronto. Kayla has helped organized conferences such as the AAACS (American Association for the Advancement of Curriculum Studies) and is now a member of the Lillio team where she supports educators with relevant and applicable professional development content.
