With over two decades of experience in the Early Childhood (ECE) industry, Jackie has held a variety of roles, including teacher, Director, and Area Director, with a focus on enrollment and operations. She played a pivotal role in the establishment and expansion of three childcare centers throughout Canada and provided mobile consulting services for a client during the pandemic for their childcare center to open their doors in Toronto. Currently a member of Lillio's Customer Success management team for over two years, Jackie remains dedicated to making a meaningful impact and serving the needs of the ECE industry on a daily basis.

Jess Tremblett is an RECE with a BaSc in Childhood Studies and has worked in education for the last 10 years. As an educator, Jess prioritizes the individual strengths and needs of children to tailor an emergent program that guides children through the foundations of life. Jess brings expertise in child development and pedagogy with a focus on family engagement and collaboration.

Sarah Rhodebeck
Executive Director of Association Child Care Services @ Gateway Region YMCA
Sarah Rhodebeck is with the Gateway Region YMCA, in St. Louis MO. Sarah has served in many roles during her 32 years with the YMCA movement. Throughout her career she has worked at a variety of YMCA across the US. She has served in various leadership roles such as Branch Executive Director and Director of Program Development which has led to her current position of Executive Director of Association Child Care Services for the Gateway Region YMCA, which she has been in since 2017. In her position she serves as a resource to over 100 Before and After School Programs, 5 Early Childhood Centers and 24 YMCA locations that offer Summer Day Camp. These programs serve almost 10,000 kids per year. She also has experience in areas such as grants, training, staff development, new initiatives, administrative, and community engagement.
